Architectural Story & Case Study
A Calming Sanctuary of Tactile Warmth & Pure Lines
In this Bandra West apartment renovation, JRK Interiors transformed an uninspired bedroom into an intimate boutique hotel suite. The brief required effortless decluttering, world-class acoustic dampening from city traffic, and soft organic textures that encourage deep rest.
Custom Joinery & Micro-Cement Surfaces
A full-width fluted headboard wrapped in acoustic woven linen spans the master wall, accented by floating brushed-brass nightstands. The adjacent walk-in wardrobe features smoked bronze glass doors, integrated vertical lighting loops, and modular drawers tailored to the clients’ bespoke attire.
- Herringbone Precision: Natural smoked oak engineered hardwood flooring introduces rhythmic visual movement and foot warmth.
- Bathroom Continuity: Seamless micro-cement surfaces eliminate grout lines, paired with concealed matte black sanitary hardware.
- Total Privacy: Dual-layer motorized motorized curtains control ambient daylight, allowing complete blackouts at the press of a bedside switch.
Every detail was crafted to turn a private master bedroom into an everyday luxury experience.
